Worley have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Delivery Graduate to join our team. In this role you will work on the digital delivery of exciting engineering projects across energy, resources and energy transition sectors to automate and streamline manual tasks aiding in reducing errors and increasing efficiency.

Your work:

• You will bring up new ideas using your technical savvy background to propose solutions that will take into account site/project infrastructure requirements and the available toolset.
• You will be work with experienced Project Information Managers and System Administrators to deliver projects in a Data Centric manner
• Creation of work flows and apps sourcing client data and creation of intermediate processes to illustrate KPIs, database count, form layout and dashboards.

What you should bring:

• A passion for data analytics; turning raw data into actionable insights
• Enthusiasm in using technology to execute projects smarter
• An ability to translate functional requirements to technical solutions
• An understanding of core data fundamentals, and a willingness to adapt and learn new approaches
• An understanding of analytics and solutions to analyse complex datasets
• Experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform (Power Bi, Power Automate, PowerApps) is advantageous
• Enthusiastic and can-do attitude to tackling growing data analysis problems

Technical Excellence:

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
• Proficient in PowerBI, Flow, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Versed in Python, SQL, VBA (web development including CSS, HTML & PHP is a bonus)
• Basic understanding of cloud services (MS Azure)
• Grasp over data engineering: data cleaning, querying, sourcing, wrangling and delivery to target via pipelines

About You:

• Bachelor of computer science, IT or Bachelor of Engineering with minor in computer science or similar
• Ability to work remotely, with travel to site if required
• Based in Australia East
• Graduated in the last two years from a recognised University
